Property Plans

Water Meter Replacement
United Water need to come and replace our meter before the cold weather sets in. (It is apparently too old and might burst during the winter. They are changing all the water meters up and down the street.)
They will be doing the work on Wednesday December 2nd and the water will be shut off from 9am until, possibly, as late as 4pm.
They hope to have the work completed sooner than 4pm but would not give any guarantees.
Main Drain in Garden, behind units 12-13
There is a large square drain in the garden immediately behind unit 12. Â This often appears to not be draining correctly because the outlet from the drain is not at the bottom of the hole. Â As a result there will always be 8 – 12 inches of water in the bottom of the drain.
The outlet from this drain was checked in October 2009. Â It was draining cleanly through to the main drains at the exit to Broadway.
October Storms & The Willow Tree
Yesterday (October 28th) we lost a large branch from the willow tree near the entrance. Â The debris will be cleared out as soon as possible.

Washingtons HQ Swimming Pool Rules (Revised June 2005)
We have a service contract with H2O pools. Â This covers:
- weekly service, and
- winterizing and summerizing of the pool.
You may notice that the roof vents one side are motorized – this allows them to open and close automatically based on temperature and humidity in the building.
