HOA Payments (3 Ways To Pay)

E-Check/ACH or Credit Card Online Payment(s):

How it works:
Set up a one time or recurring payment using E-Check, ACH, MasterCard®, American Express®, Visa®, or Discover®.

What to do:

  1. Visit www.clickpay.com/ferrara
  2. Click “Register” adn then create your online profile with ClickPay
  3. Connect Your Unit using the account number found on your payment coupon, t82834
  4. Set up Automatic Payments or click Pay Now to make one-time payments

E-check payments are free of charge and can be used for one-time processing or set as a recurring payment. The advantage of using E-check as a recurring debit gives you the option of when the payment is processed, with access to enroll, cancel, or make changes to your account information at any time. E-check is a great alternative in lieu of ACH payments. E-check payments should be sent prior to the 2nd of the month. If you require assistance in setting up E-check or Credit Card Payments, please contact National Cooperative Bank customer care division at www.clickpay.com/help.

Should you wish to pay by check or money order, please mail your payment to Washington’s Head Quarters Townhouses Homeowners Association. Your monthly billing statement will include a return envelope with a self-addressed slip. However, the information will also be provided here.

E-Bill Enrollment Notification

The Ferrara Management Group, Inc. is proud to announce that our clients will have the option to receive their monthly bill (Remittance Statement) via e-mail. Those residents who prefer to recieve by email may follow the instructions below and enroll in this no cost service; which will only take a few minutes. There are many benefits to enrolling in this program. Not only is it good for the environment but you will be able to electronically save all of your statements for future reference, log on and view your statements at any time, reduce cost to your association and is more efficient than delivered bill which can be lost or create clutter.

Those who prefer to receive their monthly statements via regular mail may continue to do so, but those who wish to enroll in e-bill may activate this service by following these few steps:

  1. Go to Ferrara Management Group, Inc’s web site at www.ferraramgmtgroup.comand click on E-Bill.
  2. Click on the “E-bill Presentment” sub tab (this will take you directly to the login page ferrara.reviewmyinvoice.com/accounts/login)
  3. Click on “Register Now”. Your information MUSTappear exactly as it appears on your remittance statement.
  4. Click on “Create My Account” and the activation process will begin
  5. Our team will carefully review and approve your request and you will receive an email instructing you to click on the activation link
  6. Congratulations, you are now enrolled in online billing

We encourage you to activate this service upon receipt of this notice, but no later than the 15th of the month in order for it to process for the next billing cycle. General Wash HQ Site Information

Over to the right hand side you can find links to recently added information (mostly the recent board meeting minutes) as well as archives of past board meeting minutes and past annual general meeting minutes. These are presented in condensed form but clicking on the title will take you to the full content.

Across the top you can get access to the directory with contact details of residents, the board, property management company and information on contractors and suppliers. There is a section for by-laws, rules and regulations which includes a few notes to read if you are selling or renting, as well as additional notes regarding the swimming pool, tennis court and parking. There is then a general information page – the HOA frequently asked questions. On this page we have tried to give quick answers to what the Homeowners Association dues pay for as well as notes about general maintenance. Finally there is a search box at the right hand side of every page which will search the entire website.
