The next meeting is scheduled for Monday February 28th @ 8:00pm and will be held at unit 19.
Financials
Eli was absent due to an illness so discussion will be postponed until the next meeting.

Pool Update
Sabe will confirm the details but believe we have contracted for a pre-buy of the oil needed for the pool heating in the quantity of 1,200 gallons @ $3.20 per gallon for a total of $3,953.

Tennis Court
The tennis court is closed for the season. We are in the process of renewing our membership with the maintenance company.
Trees
We are currently evaluating vendors to assist in general tree repair/maintenance for the property. Jeff is going to reach out to another contact to get an additional quote on the work needed.
Snow Removal
General consensus is that they have been doing a great job on removing the snow and ice from the property.
Outside Lighting
While there is still a need to repair the faulty wiring and increase the overall lighting, we are going to try installing one solar light to determine the viability of this option.
Front Wall
We are still waiting for additional quotes on repairs to the wall.
Any Other Business
One of the homeowners is attempting to lease a portion of their unit. The board believes this is in contravention of the bylaws and is taking appropriate action.
