There is a large square drain in the garden immediately behind unit 12. Â This often appears to not be draining correctly because the outlet from the drain is not at the bottom of the hole. Â As a result there will always be 8 – 12 inches of water in the bottom of the drain.
The outlet from this drain was checked in October 2009. Â It was draining cleanly through to the main drains at the exit to Broadway.
