One of the costs we face every month is the gardening contract. Â This covers many things – cutting the grass, general tidy up, planting the annual flowers and so forth. Â We also allow for a certain amount of dredging of the front pond. Â You may have noticed that as the storms come through each summer, so the silt builds up in the pond. Â Unfortunately during the heaviest rain the pond can silt up (and overflow) very quickly as evidenced by the photo below!
